What will happen during the study?

Four visits to the hospital are required: at the start of the study and after 3, 6 and 12 months.

Mifepristone 50 mg tablets and pregnancy tests are given at each visit (sufficient until the next visit with some spare tablets and tests).

Mifepristone 50 mg should be taken once a week for 52 weeks and a pregnancy test should be done every 4 weeks.

Each visit is followed by a conversation, a vaginal ultrasound and a blood test.

An app must be completed daily with answers to questions about blood loss, side effects and sex. The results of the pregnancy tests and the intake of mifepristone 50 mg must also be entered in the app.

Questionnaires will be sent 5 times (3x during and 2x after the study) and there will be a telephone contact after 9 months
