Starting with mifepristone 50 mg

• If no pill, patch or vaginal ring is used: on the first day of menstruation
• When using the pill, a vaginal ring or a contraceptive patch: you can continue without a break after a week last pill, ring or patch
• With a hormone IUD: treatment can be started on the day the IUD is removed
• With a copper IUD: can be started on the first day of menstruation (have the IUD removed at the start of menstruation or just before)
