Use of data and what is retained

If you participate in the study, you also give permission to collect use and store your data.
 
This concerns the following data:

• In your 'own' hospital:
  •  Name
• In the research database at the Leiden University Medical Center:
  • Date of birth, telephone number and email address (everything is stored encrypted)
  • Health data, as shared with the researcher and entered in the app and in the questionnaires
  • Ethnicity
  • Details about the health that the researchers have noted
  • Blood test results
  • Images taken during ultrasound examination
  • Images taken from any tissue examination of the mucous membrane of the uterus
