The CoHoMM study in LUMC Leiden

The Leiden University Medical Center makes it possible to voluntarily participate in the additional CoHoMM sub-study.

For this sub study 2 extra tubes of blood are taken for research into Coagulation or blood clotting. Hormonal changes in the body, Metabolism (fat and sugar metabolism) and theĀ Metabolites (breakdown products) of mifepristone.

Results of this additional blood test are required for applying for market registration with the authorities mifepristone 50 mg as a weekly contraceptive.

An additional concent form will be signed for participation in the CoHoMM study.

Participants in the CoHoMM study will not receive any additional compensation because it will not cause an extra burden.
