• Free contraception (mifepristone 50 mg) for the duration of the study (one year) 
• Use of a contraceptive that is very likely to prevent pregnancy if it is is taken on time every week
• Menstruations are probably less prolonged and heavy or even completely absent. This probably also reduces menstrual pain
• Presumably no side effects that are common when using the regular combined hormonal contraceptive pill or other contraception with hormones
• Contribute to the availability of a new contraceptive without the usual hormones estrogen and progesterone and probably without the side effects associated with them
